- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I came to the counter w a random envelope i found in the store and asked for help! The man at the counter was extremely helpful suggesting a flat rate priority envelope! Saved me $ and was pleasant to my toddler! Great customer service! And the shop was minutes from closing and he seemed as if he'd just started! Thank you for caring and for your outstanding service. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately it seems that they cannot confidently leave packages at the correct address. I'd say that's a pretty important part of the job description. They left a note telling me to call them and when I did, they claimed they delivered someone else's package to me. I never got anything. They act like they don't believe me and now I've got a neighbor knocking on my door asking for her package. I don't know how I got caught up in a mess like this, all I do is live here! I am afraid the same thing could happen to my packages so I'm going to see if I can pick them up at the post office in the future.By Jenny Davis, May 23, 2017
